الأول من أيار عيد العمال العالمي

يصادف الأول من أيار من كل عام عيد العمال العالمي، وهو عطلة رسمية في جميع بلدان العالم، يحتفل به سكان الأرض قاطبة، بهذا الحدث المهم في تاريخ البشرية، منذ الربع الأخير من القرن التاسع عشر، حيث تعطل دول العالم بكافة مؤسساتها الحكومية الرسمية وغير الرسمية بهذا اليوم الخالد.

تم أختيار الأول من شهر مايو أيار من كل عام أحياءاً بذكرى العمال، الذين سقطوا ضحايا العمل ونضالهم المستميت، من أجل حقوقهم المشروعة بمطالبتهم  بتحديد ساعات العمل بثمانية مع تحسين ظروف عملهم.

بدأ الأضراب العمالي في 21 من أبريل نيسان عام 1856 في ملبورن أستراليا، ليتحول الى أمريكا عام 1872 على المستوى الوطني تواصلاً حتى عام 1877، مستمرة الأضرابات العمالية حتى أعتراف أمريكا في يوم العمال العالمي عام 1886، وتطورت الأمور والنضالات العمالية حتى شملت العديد من دول أوروبا.

كان الرأسماليون يستغلون العمال أبشع أستغلال، بزيادة القدرة العمالية وطاقاتهم ووقتهم، من اجل زيادة أنتاجهم وتطوره السريع مع الزيادة في الأرباح على حساب الطبقة العاملة المسحوقة، فحصل تطور ملحوظ وسريع للأقتصاد الرأسمالي والشركات الأستثمارية الأستغلالية على حساب العمال، حيث كانوا يمارسون عملهم بين 14-16 ساعة في اليوم مع أجور زهيدة.

هذا الأضطهاد والأسشتغلال العمالي، أدى الى غضبهم وزيادة أدراكهم، بأتحادهم ونضالهم وأضراباتهم بالضد من الرأسماليين، كونه الطريق الوحيد لأنهاء معاناتهم وتحسين ظروف معيشتهم.

فطالبوا ووضعوا شعر الأضراب،" نظام العمل لمدة ثماني ساعات" في أكتوبر عام 1884. فأجتمعن ثماني نقابات عمالية كندية وأمريكية في شيكاغو، وقرروا الدخول في أضراب عام شامل في 1 مايو\أيار 1886، لأجبار الرأسماليين على تط

بيق قانون العمل لمدة ثمانية ساعات، وفي هذا اليوم بالذات توقف عن العمل 350 الف عامل في أكثر من 20 الف مصنع أمريكي، فخرجوا الى الشوارع في مظاهرة حاشدة، جعلت المصانع الكبيرة مشلولة تماماً، لكن الحكومة الأمريكية حاولت قمع المظاهرة بقوة، مما أثار كفاح العمال في أوروبا والى جميع أنحاء العالم.

بعد شهر من الأنتفاضة العمالية أضطرت أمريكا بالقبول بقانون العمل المحدد بثمانية ساعات، بشكل فاعل في يوليو 1889، بعد ذلك أفتتح مؤتمر للنواب الأشتراكيين الدوليين في باريس\فرنسا،مقرراً الأول من مايو من كل عام عطلة مشتركة لجميع البروليتاريين في العالم. وهو يوم عمل عمالي يحتفل به جميع عمال العالم أ‘تباراً من 1890.

أحتفل العمال في أمريكا وأوروبا بمظاهرات كبيرة أحتفالاً بنجاح نضالهم المشروع وهو عيد العمال العالمي.

وعليه فيوم العمل هو 1 أيار من كل عام، خصص للأحتفال به بشكل واسع، نتيجة الصراعات السائدة عبر الزمن الطويل، بين العمال وأصحاب رؤوس الأموال من الرأسماليين الجشعين. وهو يوم الأنتصار العمالي النقابي في مؤتمره الباريسي عام 1889 ، وهو أحياء ذكرى قضية هاي ماركت، حيث كانت المواجهة بين القطبين المتصارعين العمال ورأس المال.

حيث كان الدور الكبير لحزب العمال الأمريكي عام 1904، عندما دعا جميع المنظمات الأجتماعية والعمالية والأحزاب الديمقراطية في العالم، بالخروج للتظاهر من أجل أصدار قانون العمل، يعترف بتحديد ساعات العمل في اليوم الى ثمانية ساعات فقط، مع طلبات عمالية أخرى تدعو لتحسين حياتهم المعيشية والحياتية.

تحديد يوم الأول من أيار هو تكريس أحتفالي بالأنجازات الأجتماعية والأقتصادية للعاملين في المجتمع. فيفضل البعض تنظيم مسيرات أو ندوات في المدينة التي يقومون بها، بحكم الصراع الطبقي الدائر بين الشركات الرأسمالية من جهة، والقوى العمالية المنتجة والمشاركة فعلاً عضلياً وفكرياً في العملية الأنتاجية من جهة أخرى.

 البعض يدعو الى الأستمتاع بعطلة يوم العمل وقضاء الوقت للراحة والأقامة مع العائلة، كما والأحتفال بالمدارس كافة بما فيهم الأطفال، كي يستوعبوا ويفهموا معنى العطلات الرسمية المماثلة، والتحدث مع الأطفال حول المهن المختلفة لتقييم أدائها للصالح العام، والسماح لهم بالتفكير المستقبلي لتخصصهم ومسيرة حياتهم، بالقيام بالعديد من الأنشطة في هذا اليوم، مثل جعل الطلاب يمارسون عملهم بالمشاريع الصغيرة أو الأنشطة الميدانية للعمل التطوعي.

May 1 World Labor Day

This oppression and exploitation of workers led to their anger and increased awareness of their union, struggle and strikes against the capitalists as the only way to end their suffering and improve their living conditions.

They demanded and laid the hair of the strike, the "eight-hour work system" in October 1884. They met eight Canadian and American trade unions in Chicago and decided to enter into a general strike on 1 May 1886,

The labor law lasted for eight hours, and on this particular day, 350,000 workers in more than 20,000 US factories stopped working. They took to the streets in a mass demonstration that made the large factories completely paralyzed, but the US government tried to suppress the demonstration strongly, In Europe and all over the world.

After a month of labor unrest, America was forced to accept the eight-hour labor law effectively in July 1889, after which a conference of international social congresses was opened in Paris / France, the first of May of every year as a joint holiday for all proletarians in the world. It is a Labor Day celebrated by all workers of the world 'as early as 1890.

Workers in America and Europe celebrated big demonstrations celebrating the success of their legitimate struggle, World Labor Day.

Thus, the working day is May 1 of each year, which was widely celebrated as a result of long-standing conflicts between workers and capitalists of greedy capitalists.
